Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
WorshipFlow is built to work offline, on your device. The app does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, location or contacts, and you never need an account to use it.
What stays on your device
Your own songs, setlists, notes, favourites and settings are saved only on your phone or tablet. We have no access to them. A backup file is created only when you choose to export one, and it goes wherever you send it.
What the app downloads
When you are online, the app downloads song updates, language packs and Bible versions from our servers (Google Firebase and GitHub). These are ordinary downloads: like any website, those servers receive your device's IP address to deliver the file, but the app sends nothing about you or your songs.
Crash reports and usage statistics (Android)
The Android app uses Google Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase to help us fix problems and understand which features are used. They collect technical information such as the device model, operating system version, app version, crash details and anonymous usage events, linked to a random app-instance identifier, not to your name or account. Google processes this data under the Firebase privacy terms. The iPhone and iPad app does not use either service.
Permissions
- Local network: runs a small web server on your device so other screens and phones on the same Wi-Fi can show the lyrics (projection, BandSync and WorshipFlow Web). Everything travels within your local network. A computer can open WorshipFlow Web only after you approve it on your phone with a matching code.
- Keep the screen on: stops the display from sleeping while you lead.
- Audio: the metronome and pads are generated on the device. The app does not use the microphone or camera.
- Bluetooth page turners: read as keyboard presses to change slides; nothing is stored.
Purchases
WorshipFlow Premium is a one-time purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to check whether Premium is unlocked on your device. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous identifier for this that is not linked to your name or email. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
Links to other services
Songs can link to videos on YouTube. When you open such a link, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. WorshipFlow shows no ads.
Children
WorshipFlow does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
